Growing Younger: Mission, Ministry & Making Disciples is a series of four interactive mornings for clergy from across the Diocese of Manchester to gather, learn, and be equipped as we explore one of the Diocese's key strategic priorities: helping our churches grow younger.
In this opening session, we'll explore why growing younger matters and why it is part of our shared vocation as the Church. Together, we'll reflect on the realities of life for children and young people today and consider how an intergenerational vision of church can shape our mission, ministry and discipleship. Whether you're already engaging younger generations in your context or looking for a place to begin, this session will provide a foundation for the journey ahead.
Members of the Diocese of Manchester's EQUIP Team will lead the session, sharing research, practical experience and theological reflection to help clergy explore why this conversation matters and what it means for ministry today.
