EQUIP Connect is a diocesan network for everyone involved in children's and youth ministry. Through regular online drop-in sessions and dedicated gatherings for paid workers, it provides opportunities for advice, practical support, networking, prayer and professional development. EQUIP Connect aims to build a strong community of practice, helping ministry leaders access resources, share experiences, and find encouragement as they support children, young people and families across the diocese.
