About this Event

Yoga beginners and enthusiasts alike will enjoy connecting to their mind and body, by combining Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices in one 90-minute session. Specifically designed for deep relaxation and stress relief, with the added benefit of being surrounded by the stunning artwork of Lucy Gray’s Serotiny: Parables of the Banksia exhibition.
