SEQUELS 2026 (SEeking QUality and ELevating Safety)
About this Event
Welcome to SEQUELS 2026!
This year marks the sixth anniversary of SEQUELS, and every year the event continues to go from strength to strength.
SEQUELS was born in the post-pandemic era, at a time when we recognised just how important it is for trainees to have opportunities to present their work. Beyond sharing innovative projects, presenting helps develop vital skills in communication, critical thinking, leadership, and professional development.
What started as a humble half-day hybrid meeting, complete with the familiar cries of "next slide please" and the occasional monologue delivered on mute, has grown year on year into the vibrant event you see today. From those early beginnings, SEQUELS has evolved into a platform that celebrates quality improvement, service evaluation, education, research and leadership.
The success of SEQUELS is truly the sum of its parts. We are incredibly grateful to our speakers, who generously give their time, expertise and enthusiasm, and to our delegates and presenters, whose innovative ideas, hard work and high-quality projects are at the heart of everything we do.
As we celebrate six years of SEQUELS, we are classed by the RCoA CPD team as a national event and look forward to creating opportunities for learning, networking and showcasing excellence.
Come and join us as we continue our journey and discover what the next chapter holds.
See you there at SEQUELS 2026!
