Living with a stroke or other neurological condition can bring many changes for both individuals and their loved ones. Our team is here to support you every step of the way. This support group is open to those with stroke, brain injury, aphasia, cognitive
challenges, or other neurological conditions, along with caregivers and family members.
Dates & Times: From 5pm-6pm every 3rd Wednesday of the month
