This series focuses on the signature moves of Lindy Hop 2 – the swing out and circle with your teachers, Brad and Lisa!
Ready to take your Lindy Hop further? Lindy 2 is perfect for dancers who’ve completed Lindy 1 and are confident with 8-count footwork, swing outs (from open and closed), and the Lindy circle. In this series, you’ll build on your basics with new moves, refine your technique, and explore musicality and connection. It’s a great next step for becoming more comfortable and creative on the social dance floor!
Prerequisite: 2-5 months of Lindy 1, or instructor approval. Unsure you’re ready? Just ask a Vermont Swings instructor at any upcoming event or email us at [email protected].
Your class fee includes free admission to our Practice Dance from 8pm-9:30pm right after class! Let’s practice those new moves!

Class run from 6pm-7pm, every Tuesday in September except the 30th. This is a series class. Please plan to come the whole month! Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure time for parking and shoe changing. Please bring clean shoes that won’t track in grit or leave black heel marks. Parking is limited; plan to park on nearby streets and walk to the North Star Hall at 20 Crowley Street.
