Here are the key concepts you will learn in this class:
- Basic Steps and Timing: Understand the foundational footwork, including the rhythm that defines Kizomba, and how to stay in sync with the music.
- Connection and Frame: Develop the essential connection with your partner, focusing on close embrace, proper posture, and maintaining a comfortable and communicative dance frame.
- Leading and Following Techniques: Learn the basics of how to lead and follow in Kizomba, ensuring smooth and effortless transitions between steps and movements.
- Musicality and Flow: Discover how to interpret the music, incorporating pauses, accents, and smooth transitions to create a flowing and expressive dance experience.
