Learn how to throw on the Potter's Wheel with Danica every Monday for 2.5 hours at our beautiful downtown pottery studio.
This class is designed for adults with little to no experience with clay and focuses exclusively on the Potter's wheel. Danica will guide you through simple forms such as bowls and mugs and how to trim them, fire, and glaze them. Each session will include a skills demonstration from the instructor and provide time for hands-on learning. ages 14+
About your instructor: Danica graduated from the Nelson School of Art and is a full-time professional potter, selling her work at various stores and markets around BC. Danica is an experienced teacher who excels at describing and demonstrating her pottery skills in an accessible way. Danica runs her classes in a light and personable manner.
