Increase mobility and strength by connecting to your core muscles and allowing your breath to lead each movement. With a guided relaxation at the end. Mat-based Pilates sessions are suitable for all levels, and the exercises can be practiced at home too. You will feel rejuvenated and fully relaxed. You will become more aware of your posture and alignment, and bring these functional movements into your everyday life.
Transition into your evening while enjoying spectacular views of the Philly skyline from Center City to East Falls. Beginners and all are welcome. The space is large and private. Class will move inside the studio if it’s rainy. Check IG and FB for updates.

Classes are donation-based: an offering from our hearts to yours! Suggested donation is $20, sliding-scale down to $10 for low-income students. Cash preferred, Venmo @MishanaYoga, CashApp $MishanaYoga, PayPal (friends/family) or Zelle [email protected]. Please pay what you can and support our wonderful teachers, so we can keep classes going for everyone!
*** HOW TO FIND US ***
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) If the gate is up when you enter the parking lot, make sure to pull a ticket anyway -- you will need it to get out.
Find us on top of the parking garage (Level 5). If needed, Founded has a restroom. In case of rain, class will move into our beautiful studio. Check IG and FB for updates. Reach out in advance if you need arrival instructions for the studio.
