Sensual Flow Essentials

Three weeks - three classes: July 12th, July 19th and July 26th

In this course, we introduce you to the philosophy behind this practice as well as the various exercises and tools that can help unlock a wealth of pleasure and power in our feminine bodies.
There is no choreography; instead, we present series of movements that help bodies explore sensation and energy, and give you the physical vocabulary to become your own guide. You will discover how different clothing or positions can spark different personas, and how to play with these energies. You will also explore the art of the slow tease and how to use the pole as your dance partner. While these sexy moves can be shared later with a partner or lover, when you realize the healing power of this potent work, you may opt to keep it for yourself. In addition to experiencing a great workout, fall more in love with yourself and your precious body, and discover a deeper appreciation for your fellow women.
