Black Iron Group Run, Reno-Sparks

Come join Black Iron Nutrition & Training for an all-levels group run/walk at the Fairmont Canal Trail, meeting at New Terrain Brewing Company (on the southeast side of the building near the handicap spots). This free event is a great way to stay active, meet new people, and get outdoors. We will all start at the same time and run/walk an ALL PACES out-and-back on Fairmount Canal Trail. This is a relatively flat, packed gravel path. Coach Chelsea will lead to the trail, then run (or walk) as the sweeper. We will go out for 20-30 minutes, then turn around and head back. It's up to you how far you run! Cookies will be served after along with a Skratch giveaway!

You do not need to be a Black Iron client to join the group run, this event is free and open to all. By RSVPing, you are resevring your free cookie and a free trail running ebook. If the event is showing as "sold out", you can still attend without RSVPing, as this only means we are sold out of 25 free cookies.
