In this special workshop, join women’s health mentor Alicia Patterson to discuss pelvic health and vitality, and the profound healing and transformation available in this part of our bodies.

Alicia will detail the science and anatomy, as well as the “emotional storage house” (as her teacher Tami Kent refers to it) of the pelvic bowl and its role in pelvic and overall physical and emotional health.
She will also discuss the optimal placement of our reproductive organs, and how to use awareness and self-care to prevent long-term health challenges such as prolapse, incontinence, weakness, pain with sex and more; as well as pelvic trauma, the role of lineage and ancestry, and the transcendent nature of the womb.
You will leave with easy, body-based practices to do on your own to increase pelvic awareness and presence – and a newfound respect for the power and wisdom of the pelvic bowl.
