A forest bathing walk for kids and caregivers!Join us at Franklin Farm Hub for a sensory saunter with your seedling inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, an experience guided by sensory exploration.
During this 2-hour experience, there will be a mix of leisurely strolling, observation, and reflection both as a group and with your kiddo. We will conclude our time together with complimentary tea, snacks, and storytime.
Be ready to experience the connective benefits of our natural world and integrate these tools to practice presence for you and your family for years to come.
