Sensational Sounds - Sound Bath

Introduction to Movement, Meditation, Breath Work and Sound Bath.
Join us for a session of sensational sounds.....Created with a combination of simple warmup movements, incorporating breath work, 45 min vibrational sounds generated by the gongs, Tibetan bowl, crystal singing bowls and many more percussion instruments, taking you on a journey of sensational sounds,
releasing stress, stimulating blood flow throughout the body to enhance healing.
Arrive 10mins early to get settled, doors close promptly at event start time, no entry after doors close.
What to wear: Please wear something comfortable.
Please bring: a yoga mat, cushions / pillow (as you’ll be lying down for a while) blanket/s & fluid.
Alcohol: Please avoid any alcohol before 24 hours.
Mobile phone: Please ensure your phone is switched off or on silent mode during the entire session.
Injury: Please let us know on arrival If you have any injury or health condition that may be of any discomfort or unsuitable for you to attend this event.
