Join us for a session of sensational sounds.....Created with a combination of simple warmup Kundalini movements incorporating breath work then onto 45 min vibrational sounds generated by the gongs, Tibetan bowl, crystal singing bowls and many more percussion instruments, taking you on a journey of sensational sounds, releasing stress, stimulating blood flow throughout the body. Leaving you feeling refreshed and vibrant.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion/ pillow and blanket with you £10pp
