Join our low-impact hiking group designed especially for active adults aged 50 and over. Senior Summits offers leisure-paced hikes led by experienced guides, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors without the rush.
This fall, Senior Summits will be exploring a variety of scenic locations in the New River Valley. The second highlight includes the Bald Knob Loop, a 1.6-mile trail offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Though shorter in distance, the elevation gain makes it a moderately challenging and highly rewarding hike. Program fee includes transportation and leadership.
