About this Event

This session is for children and young people aged 16 - 25 years old. Our aim is to equip young people with emotion regulation and social communication skills, increase autonomy and confidence, and build positive meaningful relationships. Each week, the group will explore something different — from arts and crafts, games to open conversations and focused group sessions.

As this youth club takes place inside the Dundas Shopping Centre, the shutters are usually put down by security around 6pm when the centre is closed to the public. There is a metal fire exit door around the side of the building which is used as an access point for service users to attend the youth sessions.
