Semper Fit and EFMP Present: Parent and Me Yoga

Looking for something fun to do with your littles? Wanting to start the new year with some low-impact exercise and movement? Searching for a chance to connect with other parents? Look no further... Mommy (or Daddy) and Me Yoga will be a great place for you to start. We will be conducting a 45 minute yoga session with certified Semper Fit instructors designed to engage you and your little in movement and breathwork.

Please arrive early on the first day of your attendance, as you will need to register in the Rec Trac system with your military ID. Cost will be $6 to be paid at the Semper Fit Center.

This event is for adults and their children 4 and up. Every child should have a parent attend with them, and we need to keep a 1 parent to 1 child ratio in order for the class to run as it should and for us to have the space. When registering, please make sure to register for every parent and their one child that is attending with them (i.e. if both parents in a household are attending with a 1 child each, they each need to register).
