Join us for The Self-Love Wellness Circle on Sunday, June 30th, in University City. This in-person event aims to create a safe and nurturing space for all who are seeking holistic wellness in a communal setting.

Through breath work and sound healing, we facilitate a transformative healing experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while helping you focus on gratitude, peace and love. We do this all in the safety of community with facilitators who are trained in spiritual care and well-being. Our Self Love Healing Circle offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who are on their self-love journey, share experiences, and nurture your own well-being.
