What if self-love isn't about feeling confident, motivated, inspired, or positive all the time?
What if self-love is how we meet ourselves when we feel disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain, tired, or stuck?
Many of us have been taught to judge ourselves when we're struggling, to push harder, fix ourselves, or believe something is wrong with us.
This gentle one-hour moving meditation offers a different approach.
We'll begin with a brief check-in before moving into a guided walking meditation, mindful movement, breath, and simple somatic practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to the present moment.
Together we'll explore what it means to relate to ourselves with greater compassion, curiosity, and acceptance even when life feels messy or we're not showing up as the version of ourselves we think we should be.
This experience is for women who are feeling stressed, disconnected, overwhelmed, hard on themselves, navigating change, or longing to feel more grounded and at home within themselves.
No meditation experience is required. All bodies, abilities, and mobility levels are welcome. Walking and seated options will be available.
You don't need to arrive feeling peaceful, inspired, or "healed." Come exactly as you are.
Leave with practical tools for self-connection, a calmer nervous system, and a deeper understanding that self-love isn't something you earn, it's a relationship you build, one compassionate moment at a time.
