About this Event
Welcome to the home page for the Logan Hunter Memorial Golf Tournament 2026!
Logan Hunter, from St. Albert, Alberta, was a member of the Humboldt Broncos when he tragically lost his life on April 6, 2018. Logan made an impact on people everywhere he went. From training off the ice to being a teammate on the ice, Logan was a light.
Although his dedication to hockey was strong, Logan loved to spend what extra time he had on the golf course. Logan's family believes there is no better way to honor and remember him than to join him on the links with friends and family.
On July 10th, 2025 we were able to host the fifth Logan Hunter Memorial Golf Tournament at The Quarry. With an astounding turn out, we were able to raise a little over $22,000 for The Logan Hunter Memorial Fund. This money was raised through registrations, sponsors, silent auction items and donations.
Since the 2025 tournament, The Logan Hunter Memorial Fund has continued to give back to the community. In line with Logan's values, donations were made to Second Chance Animal Rescue Society, Junior Ryder Cup Golf Tournament with Sturgeon Valley Golf and Country Club, Canadian Cancer Society, Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation (Jessie's House), Safe Futures YEG, Families First Society and supporting youth to continue their involvement with St. Albert Raiders Hockey Club.
Once again thank you for the ongoing support, without it, this event would not be possible.

The tournament will be a best ball scramble with a 8:30am shotgun start.
What is included in your tournament fee:
- Green fee, cart rental, driving range warm up
- Breakfast sandwich, with coffee or tea
- Lunch and beverage ticket
- Dinner and Silent Auction
- A Great Day!
**Please note that with registration, all players, volunteers and attendees are responsible for damages to The Quarry and their property if any occur throughout the golf tournament **

Info: Time to browse and bid on the silent auction items, enjoy a delicious prime rib meal prepared by The Quarry Chefs, and congratulate the recipients of on course proximity games and lowest score
