If you want a somatic trauma-aware space to finally release what’s built up underneath…
This session is for you.
We’ll use conscious connected breath, immersive headsets, and full nervous system support to guide your body through a complete arc - from stress, to movement, to stillness.
Open to all genders. No breathwork experience needed.
Just a willingness to show up for your system and let it soften.
