Hello there!
I’m Valerie, a certified yoga teacher who absolutely loves practicing yoga. I’m thrilled to share that my new yoga class is coming up this Friday at 9:30 am in Salt Water Studio. It’s going to be a fantastic opportunity to move your body and let the breath to guide you throughout the practice!
Now, I know some yoga classes can be a bit challenging, but trust me, you’ll feel amazing after the class. It’s a great way to unwind and rejuvenate.
You can book your spot on my new website. The first class is £5, and after that, it’s £8. And guess what? There’s a discount plan available too!
