Dustin Hoffman, Owner of Krav Maga, will join us at Blackbridge Harley-Davidson to present self defence techniques for women who ride 11 am - 2pm on Saturday June 14th AND JUNE 28th.
This 3 Hour self defence seminar will cover:
◆ Observation & situational awareness
◆ How to avoid, prevent & de-escalate
◆ Basic Self Defence Skills

◆Training is on the 2nd floor of Dealership and there is no people elevator so must be able to do stairs
◆To gain the maximum benefit and to practice the knowledge gained and the skills being taught, there will be some physically intense exercises as part of the seminar. However instructor will work within capabilities & limitations the best they can.
◆On the day of class please wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing, wear running shoes and remove all jewellery to reduce risk of injury to yourself or others
