THE SELF-CARE COLLECTIVE: A powerful transformation journey through yoga breathwork, sound healing, journaling, and connection.
This is the second workshop in a four-part series designed to help you embrace the natural rhythms of life by releasing the blocks that hold you back. This workshop encourages women to process and release deep emotional scars, freeing themselves from limiting beliefs and reconnecting with their inner resilience. Surrender to the flow and discover the power of adaptability and renewal.
The series can be taken in succession or as individual workshops.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Vinyasa Flow Yoga :
A dynamic flowing style linking movement with breath. Creates strength, and flexibility while enhancing mental focus. The continuous flow helps to foster a meditative rhythm to reduce stress and boost energy levels.
Breathwork:
Following the Vinyasa yoga, there will be a full guided conscious circular breathwork session with guided meditation. The rhythmic nature of the breathwork can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. This breathing style can foster insights and promote healing, enabling individuals to process past experiences and release emotional blockages. It also increases oxygen flow, improves clarity of thought, and helps to release physical tension, while supporting detoxification.
Restorative Yoga:
Following the breathwork will be restorative yoga which uses props to fully support the body in relaxing poses to encourage deep rest and healing. It aids in recovering from physical or emotional strain, fostering a sense of inner calm and balance.
Sound Bath &Tuning Forks:
During restorative yoga, tuning forks and singing bowls will enhance the experience by using sound vibrations to balance energy and promote relaxation. The forks emit frequencies when struck, which resonate with the body, aiding in relieving stress, deepening the meditative state, and encouraging physical and emotional healing.
Tea, Journaling & Connection:
By fostering a deeper connection with the body, this component of the workshop encourages participants to explore their emotions more openly. It can lead to cathartic releases, allowing individuals to acknowledge and integrate feelings that may have been suppressed. This holistic approach nurtures emotional resilience and promotes a greater sense of self-awareness and connection to one's inner self.
