Join Andrea Fox from Elemental Journeys to explore and connect with the forest in honor of Earth Day. Expect wilderness awareness games and moments of introspection while exploring the old growth and hidden treasures of Mountain Station. We will meet at the parking lot at the intersection of Cherry and Gore Street at 3:15pm and walk until 5pm. Please wear appropriate footwear and bring layers/water.
The event is free, but donations are welcome to help support environmental initiatives in the area!"

As a certified nature-based therapist, environmental activist, outdoor educator, and wilderness guide, Andrea Fox brings curiosity and play to every exploration. Grounded, while allowing flow, they share and integrate different practices that stem from their professional studies, personal experiences, and whatever might emerge in the moment as a synchronistic opportunity.
With Elemental Journeys, they offer youth programs, primal skills workshops, adult wilderness retreats, and one-on-one counselling sessions in the area of Nelson BC. Other upcoming events include workshops for the Kootenay EcoFest (May 25th) and a Primal Skills Campout near Nelson, BC (June 6-8th).
