Self Care Workshop

The Women's Centre of Calgary and the University of Calgary's Golden Z Club are pleased to offer a self-care focused workshop for women and gender-diverse folks. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to make take-home products (candles and body scrubs) and chat about the importance of self-care. Refreshments (food and beverages) will be provided. And you will receive a gift for your participation!
