Seedy Sunday Vendor Registration

Registration for Vendors of the Seedy Sunday 2025!

Location: Nanaimo District Secondary School (355 Wakesiah Avenue).

Set up: 8am

Event: 10am-3pm

Please bring a donation of product for the vendor raffle the day of the event.

Fee:

• $60 per space/table for vendors
• $25 per space for information only tables (no product sales)
• $35 for sharing space/table
• School groups will recieve a free table

If you are sharing a table and would like to share it with a specific vendor. Please email [email protected] and we will do our best to place you together.

We will provide a 6ft long table and chair (please bring additional chairs, if required)

If you request to be an Outdoor Vendor, please bring your own tables and chairs

Please let us know if your display requires power.
If you would like to register but your product is not seed/garden/farming related. Please email Jennie to get on the vendor waitlist. All seed/garden/farming vendors have top priority.
