Seeding the New Year with Natalie Baldeón & Sarah Paulsen

What gives you hope amid times of uncertainty? What do you desire to manifest? This workshop will support inner wayfinding through meditation, connection, and art making.

A guided meditation will invite participants to connect with an image or word that will support their New Year. Working with winter images such as planting seeds, we will manifest our visualizations into painted images following some tips and tricks from facilitators Natalie Baldeòn and Sarah Paulsen.

When securing your ticket, we encourage a donation of $25-$40 to help with materials and artist compensation.
