In this retreat, you will experience many ancient and modern-day practices designed to connect you more deeply to your inner guru through your body, mind, heart, and spirit. This will include though is not limited to daily yoga, meditations, breathwork, sound healing, and connection. We will also take these experiences out on the land and visit certain power places. These places have been used traditionally to create a “thinning of the veil”, aka vortex, that will have a direct effect on your electromagnetic field which in turn will connect you more deeply to that part of you that is infinite.

The purpose of this retreat is to create a space where you can relax into your inner guru and embrace a deeper connection to that part of you that is ever-living. This retreat can best be described as a breath of fresh air designed to enliven you from the inside out and the outside in. There will be many opportunities to simply be in your own space and/or if you feel the call to connect with other like-minded individuals.

Here are just a few of the experiences that will be available to you at this retreat:

🌿– Daily Morning Yoga Flow: Each morning flow will focus on tuning in to the pranic life force energy that naturally flows through your body, mind, heart, and spirit. (This morning experience is optional and for all levels.)

🌿– Sound Baths: Each of these sound baths are uniquely to drop you into a more deeply meditative state where your physical systems can reset to their optimal processing states.

🌿– Guided Meditations: Each meditation will be accompanied by a perfect blend of aromatherapy, visualization, breath, and relaxation techniques to give you deeper insights into your super-conscious mind. From here you will then have the necessary means of creating a life you love by the power of an ancient technique known as, The Art of Imagery.

🌿– Energetic Anatomy: Learn about your energetic anatomy and how it affects the whole of your systems including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. With this knowledge, you will then learn how to create a coherent inner system that can then overflow into your everyday life leading to coherency in your relationships, work, and life experiences.

🌿– Marma Point Activation: Learn the yogic science of Marma Point Activation to ignite certain power points in your physical and subtle system to further support you in connecting your spirit to your physical form in body, mind, and heart.

🌿– Chakra Breathwork Journey: This specific breathwork meditation will take you on a journey through your chakra system to gain insight and perspective on your unique energy anatomy so that you may find out what elements and spiritual practices may serve your highest good for your soul’s journey.
🌿– Cacao Ceremony: Cacao is considered a sacred plant and has a beautiful way of opening the heart to restore balance and connect to the divine with you.
🌿– Tea Ceremony: Tea is also considered a sacred plant and has been utilized for over one thousand years. This ceremony and the tea work synergistically together to create a sense of deep awareness of the beauty of living and gently awaken you to your true self.

This retreat also includes visiting sacred power places, also known as vortexes and these include:
🍂– Sacred Red Rock Landing where you will connect to the energy of the earth and the heavens. Here you will also be serenaded by the soulful frequencies of the singing bowls.
🍂– Cathedral Rock Vortex where you will relax into the life of your dreams, aka The Art of Imagery, and ask for the support of the heavens and the cosmos to manifest this dream.
🍂-Amitabha Stupa and Medicine Wheel where you will purify, neutralize, and ignite your chakra system through an infinity breath practice to center your presence on your finite and infinite self.

Our home base will be a 1.6-acre estate in Sedona, offering stunning views of the red rocks. Unless you have made other arrangements with Holly, you will be responsible for your lodging and meals. There are many options for lodging in the area, from hotels to Airbnb. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores available.
Each day, there will be plenty of time for lunch, and you are welcome to visit one of the nearby restaurants, all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Alternatively, the estate features a fully stocked kitchen with a large fridge and freezer if you prefer to bring your meals with you. We will provide light refreshments, tea, and coffee.

Each room is offered at a flat fee and if you choose to share this room with another attendee be it a friend, significant other, family member, etc. you are welcome to though it must be someone who is also participating in the retreat.
