Sedona 2 Hour Yoga Hike

Preregistration is required and you will need to pay a park entry fee of $10 per person.

Join us for an amazing yoga hike in the stunning Red Rock State Park! Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and healing energy of Sedona, AZ, as we combine the tranquility of yoga with the beauty and nature of hiking. This event will take place off of the picturesque Red Rock Loop Road.

The hike is a moderate 15 minute hike up to a scenic overlook where you will enjoy breathtaking views followed by an all-levels yoga practice. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the park for the day or follow your guide on a beautiful 30-40 minute hike back to the visitor's center.

Bring water, appropriate clothing for the season (it is cold in the winter-hat and gloves are recommended), hiking shoes, and a hat. We supply a yoga mat but if you would like a blanket or other props, please bring your own.

When you arrive to the park, tell the guard that you are with Down Dog Sedona for the yoga hike. You will need to pay $10 per person in your group and they will let you into the park. We will meet in the parking lot on the sidewalk near the visitor's center.
