Immerse into Hiking the most awesome trails of Sedona, and into your yoga and meditation practice surrounded by stunning beauty and warmth of the magnificent Red Rocks! Hike the famous Cathedral Rock, Bear Mountain, Wilson Mountain, and explore the option to join the Top of Bell Rock Club. We will be spending a good portion of the day on the trail. Enjoy yoga, as a balm and a salve, to our adventurous days on the trail. Enjoy down time to restore body, mind and spirit in a supportive, relaxed, resort environment. Our lodging is nestled in between red rocks, and with direct access to the trails.Retreat includes:
