In this class, participants will engage in practices such as Qi gong techniques to cultivate life force, sound vibration, and gain wisdom to deepen their connection with their energy field. Our goal is to offer a profound healing experience to help you tap into your own healing capabilities.

Who Should Attend: This class is ideal for individuals interested in the self-healing process, personal empowerment, and those seeking a deeper connection with their life force energy. Whether you are new to Reiki or have experience with energy work, this class will provide valuable insights and techniques to support you on your journey towards self-mastery. Furthermore, these classes will prepare the diligent and committed students to then access training and receive empowerments for Reiki Level 1, 2, 3 and Master Teacher Level.

Jess Garcia- Reiki Master Teacher and Transformational Life Coach

Jess dedicated the past eight years of her life to deep self-exploration and personal evolution. Her journey has taken her from confronting addiction and mental health challenges to delving deep into ancient healing modalities, cultivating a profound understanding of transformation and empowerment. In 2017, she made the pivotal decision to transition from a thriving career in the fitness industry to pursue her passion for energy healing and spiritual sciences.

Galia Brahim- Reiki Practitioner, Women Empowerment Coach, Spiritual Teacher

As a coach and teacher, she brings a provocative and raw approach, coupled with deep wisdom and intuition. She integrates spirituality and psychotherapy into her coaching and healing services, drawing inspiration from various practices including yoga, shamanism, Japanese reiki, and bioenergetics. Her mission is to guide women on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, helping them reclaim their inner strength and rewrite their stories with confidence and resilience.

SOC is born from years of deep self-introspection and research, to provide solutions for personal and collective healing. Their approach is unique and rooted in self-awareness, self-development, self-healing and self-mastery. After working in the mental health field, creating spaces and giving talks to heal from mental illness, they observed the downfalls of traditional approaches and decided to start their own practice as Life Coaches. Galia and Jess have gone through difficult experiences such as being diagnosed with mental illness, substance abuse, addiction, suicidal attempts, sexual traumas and life on the streets. Their personal struggles, traveling experiences and living a nomadic lifestyle the past 6 years individually and together, pushed them to create their healing and coaching business to guide others in these powerful times of global shift.
