Second Sunday

Second Sunday was crafted with the intentions of self-nourishment and soulful community connections.

The circle begins with gentle embodiment practices and softly flows into an herbal tea ceremony. Integrate the wisdom of the tea with guided journaling and open sharing. We close our circle with a sound-healing meditation.
