Seasons of Her - A Gathering for Menopausal Women Reclaiming Power

Join us for a transformative gathering where women come together to honor and reclaim their power through the beautiful transition of menopause. Hosted by women's health focused naturopathic doctors Dr. Larissa van As and Dr. Alex Dragan. This sacred space is designed for women to share, learn, and celebrate the wisdom that comes with stepping into the next phase of life.

Through community, educational moments, and guided journaling prompts (don't worry we provide the journals), we explore the energetic shifts and deeper meanings of our life phases. You'll be invited to shed old patterns, re-align with your values & embrace the transition from mother to wise woman.

What to Expect:

• Opening Ceremony: Circle sharing, tarot readings, and sacred herb offerings
• Education: Insight into societal perspectives on menopause & how to navigate with wisdom and grace.
• Journaling Prompts: Thought-provoking questions designed to guide you in reclaiming your space, honoring your power, and reflecting on your values and purpose.
• Herbal Wand Crafting: Create your own herbal wand using herbs like mugwort (for dreamwork and mystical wisdom), yarrow (for boundary protection) & more. Iced herbal tea (because hello hot flashes) will be offered.
• Closing Ceremony: A powerful integration session with discussion, reflection, and connection as we honor wisdom.

This event is designed for perimenopausal & menopausal women looking to deeply re-connect with themselves and one another.
