Get ready to sweat, groove, and feel empowered in this high-energy dance workout!
This class is all about celebrating the strength and energy of women through FUN and uplifting dance routines. We'll be moving through a mix of easy-to-follow choreography & freestyle moments to let loose and express yourself.
No dance experience required – just come ready to move and have a great time!

- Cardio Dance Party (Shake off stress and boost endorphins)
- Strength (Bodyweight excercises)

Showpony Studio exists on the second floor of a commercial building that is only accessible by a flight of stairs.
