We work with ancient yogic breathwork, authentic lineage tantra and tantric goddess mythology, feminine embodiment practices, woman's temple practices, safe conscious touch, somatic experiencing, and ecstatic dance-- all designed to help you unlock your feminine power "shakti" into a profound new level of your feminine leadership in your life now.

I warmly invite you to Awakening Shakti: an 8 week In-person Feminine Self-Care Initiation Journey beginning on Thursday Sept 11 𝐚𝐭 6:30~ 930 pm 𝐏𝐒𝐓, at private forest home sanctuary , South Surrey, BC.
This first class of 8 we are focusing on establishing foundation within ourselves with the Indian goddess archetype of Durga , embodying our roots, and our inner tree nature.

Please note that Abneet is sharing ancestral knowledge of yoga and tantra from her Indian lineage, whilst working within a wellness industry that is under represented by women of color.
