As the season shifts, so does your nervous system's invitation to slow down. Join us for an immersive sound journey designed to guide your body out of "go" mode and into deep rest — no experience necessary, just a willingness to lie back and receive.
The Experience
Throughout this journey, you'll be bathed in a healing cosmic soundscape created LIVE using:
- Singing Bowls — resonant tones that support deep relaxation and mental clarity
- Ocean Drum — rolling, wave-like rhythms that mimic the calming sound of the sea
- Rattles — rhythmic, grounding percussion that anchors the body in the present moment
- Didgeridoo — deep, continuous drone tones known for their grounding, meditative effect
- Native Flute — light, breath-driven melodies that invite the mind to soften and wander
- Chimes — bright, shimmering tones that punctuate the journey and open the senses
- Handpan — melodic, hypnotic rhythms that blend percussion and tone into one
- Gong — a dense wash of layered frequencies and overtones that moves through the entire body, not just the ears
Together, these instruments create a full-spectrum sound bath — layers of vibration and tone that guide your brain and body out of the analytical, busy state most of us live in, and into a deeper state of rest, release, and receptivity.. Participants will be asked to lay down, connect with their breath, and relax during this experience
