Seasonal Wellness Circle: Summer’s RadianceJoin us for a candlelit evening at Lacamas Lodge to connect with yourself and the upcoming summer season. Guided by yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Emily Olson, this 90-minute circle blends gentle yoga, breathing practices, sound healing, chanting, and nervous system regulation techniques - all in rhythm with summer’s vibrant energy.
We’ll explore the light and vitality of the season, using chakras, movement, breath, and intention to awaken energy, clarity, and inner radiance.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, laugh, and release. All levels are welcome, no yoga experience necessary.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, throw pillow. Wear comfortable, movable clothing.
