The session begins with gentle movement and warm-ups to open the energy channels and relax the body. You will then lie comfortably on your back with blankets, bolsters, and an eye pillow as you are guided through the sound journey.
Elemental Healing Soundbath uses vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system, deepen the healing process, and bring the body into balance.
