I think many of us are feeling "winter-heavy" and ready to shed the heaviness of this cold and extra challenging winter. Before the flowers bloom and the world turns green, there is a "Quickening", the sacred moment the life force returns to the soil, even if the ground is still frozen. It's when the seed breaks its own shell beneath the frost, fueled by sheer determination to reach the light. In this Season of Emergence, we focus on our own emergence happening beneath the surface.
If you have been feeling the weight of responsibility, or if your internal world has felt a bit chaotic and stalled, this is your invitation to emerge. While we rest our bodies to receive the frequencies of this sound bath, we call in a recalibration to transition ourselves from survival to growth.
Whatever you're navigating at this time, come as you are, rest your mind and let the frequency do the work.

Bring a pillow, blanket and yoga mat to get cozy while you soak in the healing frequencies.
