Class Description
Kick It is more than just a workout- it’s your feel-good fitness home to build strength & confidence in your body. This high-energy, music-driven class blends kickboxing, rhythmic cardio, and interval training, taking you through 13 rounds designed to feel FUN! With options for all levels, Kick It is a supportive environment that will remind you that you’re never alone in your journey and deserve to find joy in movement at every stage.
About the Instructor
Eliza Shirazi (she/her) is an award-winning thought-leader, entrepreneur and community builder in the fitness space. With a focus on creating welcoming and fun environments for women, Eliza has built what many people know today as Kick It and the Fempire®. With 15 years of experience, Eliza continues to promote a realistic approach to health and wellness through her virtual fitness platform, instructor certification, speaking engagements, guest coaching spots and events. What once began as a passion-fueled project has since turned into a well-respected brand that has certified over 400 instructors, partnered with brands like POPSUGAR and New Balance, has been featured on the TODAY Show and major publications, like Glamour and Teen Vogue.

Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
