Class Description
Athletic Conditioning is an interval training class that creatively mixes bodyweight exercises with safe plyometrics. A combination of strength training and cardio, this class is designed to make you find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength.
About the Instructor
Meet Michael Soares (he/him), an elite personal trainer and founder of New Human, an online fitness app that has helped over 25,000 people around the world become healthier both physically and mentally.
Michael Soares firmly believes that by taking care of one's body and mind, people can lead happier and better lives, which is why he offers his expertise through various channels, including 1-on-1 online coaching, the New Human Fitness App, in-person events, and merchandise line. He believes everyone can find their inner athlete through fitness!
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
