Total Body Greenway with Sam Amado – an exhilarating outdoor fitness venture on the picturesque Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston. Our program offers a comprehensive total body HIIT workout suitable for participants of all fitness levels, with a primary focus on low-impact exercises to ensure inclusivity. We provide all the essential equipment, from dumbbells and body bars to medicine balls and even a tire, for a diverse and engaging fitness experience. Join us for a revitalizing session that not only enhances your physical well-being but also allows you to bask in the natural beauty of one of Boston’s most iconic green spaces.

Participants should bring their own towels and water. We ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes before class time.
