In 2026, the Snow Moon rises on February 1st on the ancient fire holiday of Imbolc which honors the Celtic Deity and early Saint Brigid, a giver of inspiration and wisdom; the moon occurs in the fiery sign of Leo. We will explore the symbolism and energies of this lunation and share in a mystic meditation to incubate the spiritual flame.
Receptions will be served, and then a classic horror movie - The Devil Rides out - will be shown! Christopher Lee stated that this was one of his favorite roles !
Stories about vampires and black magic are fundamentally about ideas — philosophies, religions, belief systems... and what the Duke de Richelieu (who features in The Devil Rides Out) would call ‘esoteric doctrines’. Just our cup of tea...
A good black magic tale is basically about the battle between good and evil.
Immerse yourself in the moving images whilst the silvery light of the moon glimmers ouside the magnetic hall's windows ; we will gather together and enjoy the projection in Castle-rama-colour!
