This sacred space blends Reiki education, open discussion, and a guided group healing session—creating an opportunity for deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual alignment.

During this 60–90 minute experience, you will receive:

Te is a certified Reiki Master, Mental Health First Aider, and Transformation Coach with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional healing, addiction recovery, and spiritual growth.

She is the founder of Soulful Shift and the author of Tainted: Overcoming the Stigma of Sexual Trauma.

Her mission is to guide individuals toward self-awareness, empowerment, and lasting inner peace.
