Hosted by eteaket founder Erica Moore, this guided tea tasting is a sensory journey through Scotland’s landscapes, flavours, and traditions - reimagined through tea.
Over the course of one hour, you’ll explore a curated selection of distinctive Scottish blends, each inspired by local ingredients, stories, and craftsmanship. From Sea Buckthorn and Thistle-infused Edinburgh Earl Grey to rich Whisky Barrel Aged teas, every cup reveals something unexpected.
You’ll learn how flavour, aroma, and provenance shape each blend while discovering the art of tasting tea properly - slowing down, noticing nuance, and finding your own favourites along the way.
Beyond the tasting, you’ll also experiment with ways to use tea creatively at home, including luxurious tea lattes and alcohol-free tea mocktails that bring a modern Scottish twist to traditional tea culture.
