Join us at Diggers Leith for a whisky tasting with the multi-award winning local indendent bottlers Tri Carragh.
Tri Carragh, meaning "three pillars" in Scottish Gaelic, began as an idea formed while co-owners Ryan and Ola were working at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS), the now legendary Edinburgh-based institution known for its green bottles, quirky tasting notes, and bringing whisky in its purest form - undiluted and un-adulterated -to passionate drinkers at a time when producers weren't offering such bottles. Ryan and Ola continue that legacy in their own independent spirit, bringing whiskies crafted with creativity in the same transparent way.
Guiding us through the drams will be co-owner Ryan, who will be taking us through 6 whiskies. Afterwards, there will be bottles available to purchase to allow you to directly support them in what they do.
We're very excited to bring them back into the Diggers family, and we hope you'll be there with us!
