Join us in Leith for a monthly loose-leaf tea gathering designed to help you slow down, sip something beautiful, and enjoy a little breathing space in good company.
Each month, we’ll explore a different theme and Tea of the Month through a relaxed tasting, simple sensory prompts, and a short shared pause.
No tea knowledge needed.
No mindfulness experience needed.
No pressure to talk.
Come solo, bring a friend, or simply enjoy being around other people in a welcoming environment.
You’ll leave calmer, clearer, and with a tea ritual to take into the month ahead.
