Science of the Positive Transformational Leadership & Learning Workshop

The Montana Institute will provide a one-day in-person workshop focused on developing transformative leadership and learning practices based on the core principles of the Science of the Positive. This workshop is open to leadership teams, educators, administrators, community partners, affiliated agencies, and school boards.

Participants will take the online Transformational Leadership Assessment in advance and receive a customized leadership profile report via email before the workshop.

The time spent in the workshop will include unpacking the leadership profile reports, developing understanding of the unique strengths and shadows associated with each leader’s application of the core principles of the Science of the Positive, and challenging skill-development and reflection tools to increase capacity for effective leadership and teamwork that is focused on cultivating positive transformation.

This training is a follow-up to the Shared Core Principles Workshop, if you were unable to attend, an online course is available upon request.

This training will be presented by faculty from The Montana Institute.
